Whats needed to go from stock rims to 18x9.5 5x114.3?
Hello this is my first time ever buying rims for a car so i'm a bit new and lost at the same time and could use some information. As the topic says i'm trying to go to 18x9.5 5x114.3 with +38 offset i know i'm going to need a hub conversion kit either new rotors or drill out the old ones which ill more then likely not do out of paranoia of something going bad >.> and will need to do something to the suspension for the rims but is there anything else?

Why not just buy the right wheels with the right bolt pattern? It's a little easier.

They're not going to be very deep concave with a big adapter spacer...

You can special order those in 5x100. It'll be expensive and take a while, but it's not impossible. I've considered doing the same thing.
