Good coilovers under $1,000???

So I just got my 2015 Scion FR-S and I'm thinking about getting some coilovers but my budget is under $1,000 . I was on eBay but don't know how I feel about some weird brands I've never heard of... Even though the pictures look great lol. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

Don't bother. The stock suspension is very good. Putting on sub-$1k coilovers will likely make it ride and handle worse. If you're getting coilovers spend at least $1,500. Maybe even $1,800 minimum.
If your goal is to lower it an inch or so just get springs.

Why are you trying to cheap out on a brand new car? I could see being frugal on parts that aren't super important like exhaust, but why not save up the extra money for a quality suspension?

What makes you think they are better than stock? Because they look good in a picture?
I have no clue if they are good or bad but do recommend more research before going for something just because it hits your budget point.

I have a friend that put Megan Racing street coil overs on his car. He loves them and does a lot of track days with it also.

I have BC BR coilovers for about 40,000 miles so far. I like them. Goes as low as I want them too with a decent ride.

It's all in according to how you plan to drive the car. Are you going for function and plan to track the car, or are you just going for the looks and plan on dumping it as low as possible?

I want to take it to the track sometime but not all the time . And I wanna be a little low but not like hella slammed type either . I want to use the car , not give up everything that the car has to offer just to be hella slammed or whatever
