Can you find out what numbers are on the springs - there should be 2 numbers? I think KW lists their spring rates in newtons/mm, followed by the spring height. So need to multiply the first number on the spring by 5.7 to get lb/in.

Bump. Just bought a WRX today. This needs to go. Confirmed these are the older stiffer spring rates (343f/400r).

My RCE T0's are just fine. But before I decided on them, I was very torn on them and KW V3's.

The V3's are way better. I had the Tarmac 0's before the V3's and the ride difference \ damping and rebound adjustments put them on a different level while lowered.

You can keep your rebound soft for daily driving, then when you go for a spirited drive with some buddies, go a few clicks harder. I typically don't touch compression.
