Good warranty experience

My steering wheel was slightly off center. Took it to a random toyota dealership I've never been to and told them about the issue. No appointment, about an hour later they said they just realigned it and now it was straight. No cost and no hassle. And now it drives perfectly straight again.

Nice to read a positive review instead of the constant negatives. Thanks.

In before someone says do you work there.

Lol seriously though nice to hear a dealer listened, solved a problem and did it without making the customer feel as if they were on an episode of law and order.

2x replacements of high pressure fuel pump
4x attempts to fix poping noises from back (will be goign in tomorrow again cuz its back)
2x replacements of fan on passanger side that blows air, cuz fuck that fucker making noise.
1x attempt to replace rattle noise from speakers (i'll have to do this myself)
and a bunch of other stuff.

went to Ken shaw toyota and lexus, HOLY SHIT THOSE GUYS ARE BAD. they "could not hear engine rattle" noise and other issues. Literally do everything possible to avoid working on car.

Anyways. Good dealers are good. bad are bad.
