HP increase

Not sure if this should be posted here or in General...

So what mod's would yield greatest HP increase just short of Turbo or SC?

And what HP would that be? Sorry for the noob question.

Re-tune the factory ecu.

Go to www.ft86speedfactory.com grab their and talk to Jeremy, let him know I sent you over.

Should see a legit 10~ whp gain, plus you'll get launch control, auto-blip downshifts, flat foot shifting, an increase in mpg, and a smoothed out torque dip.

go for the turbo! Day and night difference with 100whp added. It's the right amount of power that the car should have came with in my opinion.

My first mods are the E85 tune W/ Afe Takeda intake from fa20club. It's quite nice. after that header back exhaust and retune.

Also Full Blown Motorsports sells a built block that produces some nice gains for 4K

No reason to build a shortblock to not boost it, unless you are going for an all out N/A build with cams, valves, springs, higher compression pistons, rods, bearings, etc.

So the answer would be E85 and full exhaust.

Shit, I only know of one gas station in Atlanta that sells E85. And its not in the greatest side of town. Nor anywhere near where I normally hang out.

I am more than likely going to Turbo the car. But was wondering what is the most the motor can get N/A. And what mod's would get it to that point. Thanks for answering.

Yes, I've been coming to this site since 2012... AND NO I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT ANSWER IS.... BlueDubbinTDI... is that a problem for you? If that answer was posted, I'VE NEVER SEEN IT... I don't understand why folks are fucking assholes just cause someone asked a question.

Thanks for the input Sportsguy83 and Kingtut... wish I could have met you guys down in florida at the meet last month. I was out of town for work and by the time I came home I wouldnt have had time to get down there in time. Hope by next year I'm boosted.

Just short of Turbo or SC? That would have to be nitrous.
