Rear Fender holes- are screws missing here?

Or am I missing a few screws myself. The holes have screws in the front fender, but not the rear fenders (both sides). Pictures below.

No that's how it comes. Holes are for mudguards. You can get plastic rivet thingy for $1.23 each from dealer. I did

As others have said, they're for the mud guards. The wheel well liner actually has rectangular cutouts around them, so there's nothing behind the body color bumper. I suppose you'd be able to put a pop rivet into it just to fill the hole, but there's nothing behind it to grab onto.

Thanks Coolhand! I was curious myself, but wasn't really bothered by it. It's strange that they didn't spend an extra $2 at the factory to "finish" it. :-(

Those holes allow airflow to cool off the exhaust tips. Don't plug them or your bumper will melt.

They have tabs or whatever its called at oraillys that will cover them. U just push them in and they stay
