Always secure your GoPro cam properly :-(
I did a short Video today for my 5zigen Exhaust review (This one here http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...67#post1143667 ) and was kindly reminded that I should take some more time to check the mounting of my GoPro cam when putting it on strange locations on the car, especially when you plan to drive it hard.
Anyways, ended up with a 20 Minutes walk looking for the GoPro. I'd rather take another 2 Minutes next time and secure the cam better :-) Thanks to the excellent case quality of the GoPro, it just had some battlescars but was otherwise still happy Anyways, a short Video for your entertianment [ame]http://youtu.be/MmQzWElqmPA[/ame]

They should use that footage in their commercials to demonstrate how tough that little camera is.

I am saddened that you had to go through that. But seriously impressed with the "takes a licking and keeps on ticking" quality of the GoPro.

Glad you got it back. It looked like you hit the brakes near the end of the video. Did you hear it fall off?

The lucky part was that I did the videos only on about 2km part of a small pass road, so I had a pretty good idea where it was. Also big luck was that it fell of in a corner facing the "wall" side of the pass, not the cliff side :-) I guess I'll just go back to mount it on the Window. Was a stupid Idea/Spot in the first place to mount it anyways
