are those overlays the same in the first pic and the rest? the first one looks pretty bright and shiny yet it dulls out in the others. most likely the lighting?

yeah bro sorry for my cell phone quality photos I had to zoom in on the last three to focus on the colos but they look so clean in person

Yeah, im wondering if I can do this myself..ive been going back and forth between the overlay or just painting it myself. But im scared that if I get a fix it ticket, I'll have to buy new lights. My local tint shops told me that they cant tint my lights because the angles of the lights are too difficult to put a tint on it.
