Moving... Need Advice!

Ok so after this semester of college, I'll be moving from Houston to Socal. My question is: Should I drive my car or ship it?

If you can get everything in your car (or ship a few things cheaply), I would say to drive. Once you get out of TX, there is some good driving to the west.

Make a trip out of it.

BUT, if you are going Dec or Jan, you may want to keep an eye on the weather in higher elevations.

Drive it! Why not?

Should make for a fun road trip - and I'm sure theres some fun/scenic "detours" you could take along the way.

Thanks for the advice. I really want to drive but how much do you think it would cost? I can get my car shipped for free, but than I have to worry until it arrives.
