Winter storage procedure
Just prepared my FR-S for winter storage.
After reading up on the topic, here is what I have done: -Filled with highest octane fuel without ethanol (Shell 91 locally) -Added fuel stabilizer just before filling -Inflated tires to 43 PSI @ 5'C -placed rags in intake/exhausts -placed car in gear, released ebrake, wheel chocks -hooked up battery maintainer -put Saranwrap on the wiper blades (left them down). -left list on dash of everything done so I get it on the road properly My only regret would have liked to put it away clean and dry but its forcast rain the next several days and I had notified insurance the car goes into storage Nov1. The rainy drive to the gas station and resultant dirt was unavoidable. Wondering if there are any other good ideas people want to share regarding winter garage storage. Cheers!

I alway's do a fresh oil change before I park, regardless of mileage
I don't do the rags in the exhaust as I usually fire the car up once a week and let run for 10min or so. My luck I would forget about the rags

Got the oil change last week at the dealer and there's a day's worth of driving on it, although ideally change the oil, run the engine a few minutes and park it. I'll have to tape a sign on the ignition switch not to fire it up. That's something I could see myself doing then realizing it's all stuffed up. It's better not to idle the vehicle every week if the reult is emptying the fuel tank. I have read the fuller the tank the better to keep out water condensation from the system.

It's a mark made by parking enforcement where there are no meters
