JDL Turbo Issue

I Know its not JDL's Fault i just figured it would help if i put the kit name in the title

Hey guys i have my turbo installed and im currently tuning it through zach, but i have this issue and was wondering if anyone knows what it is, the car basically lugs at 5k rpm and does not want to go any higher even though i was told to take it up to 6800 rpm in a pull, this happens at WOT at about 5k RPM

JDL Turbo kit with gtx2860r

I’m not too useful with wastegates because I have a SC, but isn’t there an adjustment spring?

you open it up and change the spring inside with a stiffer / weaker one but i thought it had a 7lb one inside but the box may have been wrong, so i have to take it off and find out whats going on
