Smile Dash command for BOOST

So I just got my turbo kit in the mail. I was wondering if anyone is running dash command on their phone or tablet who is also boosted. Is the boost reading from dash command fairly accurate? I plan on getting real gauges down the road but I was wondering if dash command would do for a while.

I've messed around with Dash Command, and the refresh rate is pretty poor. I don't know if it was just my setup or the app itself, but even the digital tach would lag like no other. I think it is really important to have no lag when it comes to sensors especially when modifying your engine.

I agree I notice a bit of lag as well I just want something on the cheaper side just to make sure I don't over boost after install. I would like to find a well priced obd gauge. I've seen a few but can't find them with a Google search.

Depending on what you're looking for I got mine on ebay fairly cheap. There really isn't that much complexity in a boost gauge.

The other gauges (AFR for example) I wouldn't cut corners with.

The boost reading is calculated not actual so would not use it.
