Photo Shooting 1: 12:30PM ~ 1:00PM
Cruise: 1:00PM ~ 4:30PM
Raffles 2: 4:30PM ~ 5:30PM
Awards: 5:30PM ~ 6:00PM
Photo Shooting 2: 6:00PM ~ 6:15PM
Break-up: 6:15PM

Night Meet 2: 8:00PM ~ 12:00AM

As for Friday's schedule, I cannot announce it til we have lock down the detail stuff w SCCA. When I do, I'll post the schedule ASAP!

That's one really busy schedule!!
Just a thought, but car shows can take hours just placing the car in a lot neatly, and for a marque specific event, it can be a very nice thing when time and care is taken to place the car in a certain pattern. So you might want to put in a little more than 1:30 for this, I'd say 3 hours...

See if you can make a pattern of letters "FR-S" with the cars neatly placed by order of color. (Somebody with a heli-cam would be nice to shoot from 100 ft in the air

Just a thought. Since the driver meeting can and should take place when all things are not so busy, you can just flip the Photo and Raffle with Driver meeting?

Car show can start from when registering (8am) til we go on to cruise (1pm), so 5hrs should be enough right?

As for flipping photo & driver meeting, prob be a good idea. I was thinking members gonna be in one spot, so it might be good idea to add raffle drawings.

Looks like I'll be changing jobs in Mid-May which means no vacation time to attend. You have no idea how disappointed I am about not being able to make it, but better employed and not there than unemployed and running out of gas money half way to Vegas!

Save me a prime parking spot for 2014!

OK I'm confirmed to be in Las Vegas by 6pm on the 12th so anyone arriving early, let me know. I don't know where I'm staying yet, but if anyone else is arriving a day early I will have a room if someone needs to share since, tickets prices are rising for the 13th if you want to arrive before night time.

Again people flying in PM me your itinerary so I know when to pick you up from the Airport and when to take you to the airport.

Best way to do this is to have a chalk line mark or tape line of the pattern and line up everyone's mirrors or bumper edge.
I say mirrors because that is easier for each driver to reference position himself much easier than bumper edge that you can't see from driver's point of view.

So measure this out against the length and width of the car exactly and place the cars neatly on it.

It's not easy to line them up all neatly with so many cars. Pre-planning gets you far and nice.
