so, i bought, mildly restored, and slightly modified this car, with intentions of my gf using it when she moved up from FL. Well, she decided she doesn't like it, so it's up for sale.
'87, T Tops, lowered on B&G springs, new kyb strut inserts, all new suspension bushings (all control arms, swaybar, traction rod) from TwosRus, tuneup with iridium plugs, fancy wrinkle black powder coated cam covers. I removed, disassembled, honed, and resealed all the calipers, installed new brake lines, new rotors, and new Stoptech pads. The wheels are Fatlace 15X8.5's and tires are BFG Rivals, staggered 205/225 (to make it girlfriend friendly). I have brand new (old stock) TRD front top mounts, as the original ones are tired, and knocking a bit. Interior is in great shape, considering the age of the car. couple of small cracks in the dash, a few cracks in misc plastics, but mostly all there. Asking $3700, but would consider trades for a 4X4 toyota, or a dualsport motorcycle. text for more pix, etc, if you're interested. Joel 9544445538 |

I've done well over the speed limit towing my bike and cornering while racing other cars on the freeway. It holds the trailer solid without fish tailing, and gives me very confident driving feel. Most solid hitch I know off.

If anyone is interested, I'm throwing around the idea of putting my wheels up for trade/sale.
SSR GTV02 in matte black finish. Sizing is 17x8/+45/5x100. I'm looking for something similar in size that has a bright finish(polish/silver) or gold. I'm not too worried about the condition as long as it's not too harsh. These will be my back up set until I get the rest of my new set up. |
