The e-mail chain references a revision happening in August. Thats quite a while back. You're saying that every visit prior was a preliminary test, and that on the actual test you had to have a revision, which must have happened semi-recently because it is only going back to the lab next week.

What happened to last month when it was already approved?

It sounds like 30 days forward and 5 steps back.

Anybody looking to up their C30 to a C38? I'll trade you mine for yours + some moola.

I need the C30 for CARB, in case you can't tell. No rush to trade, either. Obviously I've already waited 5 months...

I already have a turbo car, and my only experience was with my S/C Miata and I loved the S/C feel of it, so I went with the S/C again.

They are totally new to me. I've run N/A, Turbo, Twin Turbo, Centrifugal type S/C and Roots type S/C vehicles now.

It seems that AVO's customer service leaves much to be desired based on several threads on here. Just some food for thought...

I'm using fuel injector clinic. Not sure about others but they are flow rate matched.

Grams Performance, a Sister Company, has PnP Injector Kits and a 265lph Fuel Pump for the platform.

Shoot me a PM and we can talk about these as well to keep the posts within this thread about KW.

Agree with @Rulin

I also had several WRX's and other Turbo vehicles, some of them were factory equipped and others bolt on kits.

My experience with turbo vehicles are great for all out power but once modified I found the vehicle would suffer from the Jekyll and Hyde syndrome with both drivability and reliability. The bolt turbo kit cars I had always required a fair amount of "tweaking" which resulted in more "tweaking time" than actual track/daily/enjoyment time.

With the high static compression of the FA20 and most turbo kits having a front mounted turbo (a few exceptions) heat soak from much higher under hood temps have me concerned for overall reliability long term especially when I consider doing a lot of consecutive hard laps in the car, not to mention the way a turbo delivers the power is FAR less linear than that of a S/C setup. I know this can be argued to death, but this is my opinion based on previous experience.

I considered every S/C kit available and overall the KraftWerks kit I feel is the best engineered, clean looking, upgradable, and ease of installation is what had me sold. Rotrex units have proven to be reliable with great power delivery and a much higher ceiling for power limits than other kits available...

Owning many performance enhanced cars and researching what is available for the 86 platform, the KW kit is in my opinion the best combination of value, performance and engineered with reliability in mind.

Just my $.02

Nobody has said numbers yet, but just regular 94 octane is all I can get up here.
