ecutek firmware problem
I had a new computer yesterday. I installed the ecutek program on it and run it after clinking the detect vehicle (within tools) I am getting "CAN vehicle interface is already in use" warning and it does not work.
is there anyone having such problem? having idea about the solution? |

I tried plugging in this AM after doing an update last night and now the laptop is not showing the information from the ECU. Had to go to work so didn't spend anytime on it but something seems to not be working with mine.
Edit - got it working. Dunno why it didn't this AM

Sometimes the driver is tied up if you open up multiple instances or it isn't finished installing. Restart usually fixes it.

Sorry I can not help with windows 8 as I have no experience using it. Only thing I could possibly recommend is to see if there is a comparability mode.
