 From the Isle of Man TT event...  Note: I started a general "What kind of wheels are these" thread last year but it never got stickied and people kept making new "what kind of wheels..." type threads. So I guess it's appropriate to make a new thread each time.

General threads don't work with a what is this because as we all know people read the first post and that's it. So having one per time asked is actually better.
