@Captain Snooze any update?

P.S. I have wondered for a while, do you resemble your namesake?

It's coincidental you should be asking that. I received an email about 1/2 hour ago saying the courier had received notification of the pick up. As yet there are no tracking details available but I'm guessing it will arrive here toward the middle of next week. It might be possible I will be able to get them fitted on Wednesday but failing that it wont be until the following week. But yes, they are on the way!!! Wooo! Yes, I am a little excited.

As for your second question, ah, I don't think so and the wife is too polite to say if it is the case.

Anyways very keen to hear more feedback on this. When you say "no sways" do you mean back to factory sways or zero sways altogether?

Can you PM me with details of distributor and price?

A modern sports car that doesn't run sway bars?

AST makes some excellent dampers and with a 9k/10k setup, you're reducing body motions by 75% from the stock setup (not counting the bump stops). With less body motion, you get less benefit from reasonable-side sway bars.

From the calculations I made a couple weeks ago, that's ~2.6 Hz natural frequency and you're right on target for a "stiff but liveable" ride. With a quality damper like the AST 5200, you'll really enjoy that setup.

For anyone who wants a kick-butt suspension without doing too much research... steal Captain Snooze's idea! *Shankenstein Official Stamp of Approval*
