Duckbill block 3rd brake light?

I’m looking at the leg style duckbill. It curves up unlike the TRD one which stays flat. It may be minor but does it block the third brake light? I mean our cars are kinda low already so I thought it would be negligible anyway.

I didn't have that specific duckbill, but I had an Innovated Dynamics one that was fairly aggressive. People in normal sized cars can see it easily since they're higher than you.

This mod is worth doing if nothing less than to rid your vehicle of the E/T pod on the rear shelf, even if your duckbill is not blocking the visibility of your 3rd brake light:
