Engine oil temp now available in Torque App
Huge thanks to andreyiv for finally deciphering the PID scans and getting it to work.

Have you considered a used handset, if this is all you want it for? My old droid x is gonna get a factory reset after I get my new phone (gs3?) and it will only have torque on it. Should be cool.

The engine has no oil temperature sensor. If this is really oil temperature you are reading, it is only an estimate, most likely used for AVCS control. We don't know how good that estimate is.

It is the sensor with two wires below the oil filter. Using a Ecutek cable and watching oil temp you unplug it and it goes to -40. You can put the sensor in hot water and watch it raise.
