Knocking on OFT V4.01 Stage 2+ E85

Hi everyone, I am having issues with knocking on part throttle running the OFT Stage 2+ e85 V4.01 tune. Full throttle seems to have no issues but around half throttle in mid RPM I am having some decent knock that caused my IAM to drop. Last summer I was running the V2 E85 tune with no knocking at all. Would this knock be caused by changes to the tune to be more aggressive? Or would it more likely be the fuel? It doesn't seem to me like the ethanol content is that low due to the fuel trims being within the +-10% range.

I have started to notice the same thing on v4.03 Stage 2+ E85 as well, I hadn't noticed at first since most of my logs were on the dyno right after flashing. I think some timing might need to be removed from the transient throttle table.

I had a mid-range issue with IAM dropping on 93 and am experiencing it still on E85. It does coincide with insane rasp between 3.5K-4.5K RPM. Would a harsh metallic resonance register with the sensors as knock potentially? If I shift below 3.5K or accelerate WOT through it, no issues. If I accelerate through 3.5K to 4.5K slowly, it see it affect my IAM.

I get occasional random knock as well with the v4.03 k00c stage 2+ tune as well using 93. Sometimes drops IAM, sometimes it's just a small amount of FLKC. It usually climbs back to 1 very quickly though. Not sure if false knock or too aggressive of a tune. I'm pretty sure I did have a case of false knock that I'm pretty sure I fixed cause even with higher octane it was still showing random knocks. But I still do get the occasional random knock.

Just an update, I haven't had any more issues with IAM dropping under normal daily driving. What I have noticed after a few long trips is my car does not like highway speeds, specifically anything above 70 MPH. If I drive in 6th, it drops between .7-.8 IAM. If I keep it in 5th, it drops between .8-.9 IAM. If I slow down to 60-65 MPH, no issues in either gear really.
