any idea if the official US/Canada version is going to be any different than the one that you guys are getting from Europe? I wonder if Toyota US can come up with an armrest that looks like the Europe one, but functionally doesn't block the passenger when opened.

cause i have a glass bottle. i don't keep plastic bottles in car. Glass bottles are heavy so if you leave it in the door cup holder it shifts and bangs on the door when driving. Not to mention if i open the door and close it it'll bang even more.
