The plot posted wasn't mine! Lol I haven't strapped mine down for actual power yet. I need to swap my injectors out I maxed them out at 18-19psi I was looking at iniectors today and trying to decide what to order... I'm sure my
3071 will be big enough :P

@steveoexige @dwx @JDLAutoDesign Can you guys confirm the exact fittings you used with your RacerX oil pan when plugging the JDL return oil line ? Do you know if Map Performance's or FullBlown's oil pans will fit well with the JDL EL turbo manifold? Im currently in the market for a larger pan right to help with the temps. Thanks

All of the pans should work with the EL manifold. FBM/MAP's turbo manifolds are the same basic design as JDLs. The MAP pan is more extra capacity at 1.5q vs. 1.0, it comes with a -10AN to 3/8 NPT fitting I believe. It's around the side of the pan instead of right in front like the RacerX. The FBM is even more capacity, I think it is an extra 2q at least.

The fitting on the JDL side of the line is -10AN and the pan is 1/2 NPT. You can easily find -10AN to 1/2 NPT fittings from just about everywhere. I was curious if they just used a straight fitting or any kind of angle? Or if the oil return line is short enough you could just use a 1/2 NPT to barb fitting?

Well it's been a bit since this thread has been posted in. We've got a bunch more kits out there now, and working a few new ones along with getting a few things lined up for SEMA this year.

The guys at Speed Element Performance are running one of our UEL kit's with a gtx3071 on there infamous FRS

We're also working on a Borg Warner EFR spec kit for the guys over at Delicious Tuning!

I wish that efr kit was out 3 months ago, I see the turbo manifold is different, does this mean it will be a more involved process to switch over to efr? Or can you still reuse parts from you base kit?

I asked Jesse in the sale thread, the EFR requires a new manifold, downpipe, and hot-side IC pipe. Probably new coolant/oil lines as well.

Due to the external size of the turbo and the location internal wastegate actuator the turbo placement is not the same. This requires a new manifold, downpipe, and IC piping.
