Mine has the baseline without any aftermarket parts or tune versus the one with all the parts and tune. That is a great idea. I think I have the ability to hit 200whp with my car on their dyno with some more fine tuning. It is a 5,000lb Dynojet that is known to read very low, so I am excited about that.

Here's my baseline DynoJet graph.
2015 FR-S 6AT with 2k miles
K&N Drop-in Filter
93 Octane Pump Gas

I'll be taking it back soon with the Injen Intake, TRD Catback Exhaust, Crawford BPB's, Raceseng Lightweight Pulleys, and Unichip installed.

Yeah, I wish I had a baseline, but never got around to it. From what I recall, this dyno was reading about 170whp on stock cars in similar weather.

All dynos read different. That's well known fact. Unless there is stock baseline, against which one can see relative improvement, dyno runs hardly can be compared between them to roughly guesstimate expected performance gains for listed setups. (Yeah, i know of very possible other variables skewing results, like air temp/humidity/pressure and so on, but at very least i'd want to see as very minimum different dyno reading error somewhat lessened by request of baseline, so to compare for example relative 10% gain vs 20% gain, not whp/wtq on dyno that is vaguely described as 'reading low' or 'reading high' if mentioned at all vs another unknown reading dyno).

I agree with this, but as with my case (and i'm sure others) I never wanted to pay for baseline dyno time (65$ for three pulls for a local dyno here) before I did any mods.
Regardless here is my dyno I did in april
Mods when I dyno'd:
OF Header UEL
OTS E85 Tune
E85
STOCK Exhaust (except for header)
K/N Drop in filter
~
Since, i've added a Perrin CAI, Weir FD swap 4.56 and sticky 245 tires

It's a Maha Dyno. I hate the way those charts read.
