Any update on either the fuel system or brake ducts?

The build thread has been awesome to read and your car is badass

Very nice. You looking to run in NASA time trials or eventually race in ST by any chance?

One is an intake for the engine. The other is an "intake" for the CVT transmission and the other is an "exhaust" for the cvt transmission. When you wheelie and keep the snorkels high you can ride threw neck deep water.

Well I'm waiting on the planted seat base to show up. Hopefully this week. I got my works bell hub and quick release and mocked everything up. With a standard hub it's too close to me. So I'm swapping it with a short this week. I also mocked up a 350 suede OMP WRC wheel. I reeeaaally like it. But I need a flat wheel. I'm 5 foot 5. So I'm going to return it and get a OMP targa. 320mm and flat.

Gutted the car. Weighed it and installed a radium engineering surge tank with built in regulator. It has a regulator in the surge tank so you can keep the fuel system returnless. I ordered it with a Walbro 400 wich is massive overkill for this setup. A aeromotive 320 would have been more than enough but I've used the Walbro before and it draws very little amps runs very cool and I could put a v8 or 2jz in and not worry about fuel. If you've followed this thread I also have a Walbro 400 already in the tank. When you use the in tank pump as a "lift pump" to send fuel to the surge tank it's not under any pressure. So most people use a stock pump since it will flow many many times it's usual rate when not under pressure. So with the Walbro 400 in the tank as well its ultra over kill. But with a regulator dumping back into the surge tank itself and the surge tank overflow dumping back straight into the factory surge cup in the oem tank I should never have fuel starvation from cornering.

I did most of the work today at a shop I started working for and then finished up some loose ends at my shop at my house and the lighting at my house isn't photo friendly. I'll post detailed photos this week at the big boy shop i work at vs my garage/wanna be shop. I also have some cool new things on the way for Carolina motorsports park this weekend!

2840 with 180 pound me in it but that wasn't the final result. Still has a few airbags, doors are still OEM with window motors, car had stock battery and windshield wipers and motor still in it and factory seats when weighed. SO ill be comfortably under 2800 with me in it just by putting in my race seat, light weight battery, remove the last few airbags and take out the wiper motor.

I dont. Peak wasnt really a a concern or the point. 420whp 355wtq probably? The point was usable torque from 3600rpm. I have a dynojet dyno on the first page if you care about peak. 460whp 393wtq
