Will it hold up to high heat temps?

There is also no actual failure analysis being done simply fear mongering being done by a loud vocal group that do have the issue. On these forums I've found 35 or so people complaining. This is out of 35k+ cars sold in the US alone. That's a .1% problem. This is by definition making a mountain out of a molehill based on the evidence currently available. There is no point in getting worked up until that .1% rate starts to rise.
Finding faults with this car and then going ballistic seems to be a full-time occupation for some people.

Might be a while for that. I believe SC installs add 10# to your right foot.

My mpg didn't change too much at all, with the tune on the highway I actually gained quite a bit at cruising.
