I can imagine if a post was deleted without explanation it may make the users suspect a bias, whether or not there actually is one. Sending a quick two sentence explanation with every post deletion may take a little more time, but would go a long way in reducing the sentiment of bias on the boards.

Again, I don't know if either scenario above is happening. I want to be clear that I am not accusing anybody of anything at all. Purely thinking out loud and trying to help keep this place awesome. Keep up the good work!
Good constructive feedback, thanks for it. On your question, I honestly don't know the exact answer, but I believe not ALL deletions go with a direct explanation to the forum member as to why it was deleted. I do agree completely with you. That would be a great way of doing it.

I read your post before it was deleted.. one was POSITIVE, and the other was MORE POSITIVE. Did you even get an explanation why it was deleted? I won't even speculate on the reasons, but that does seem kind of... _______.

This must be something new as my AIRAID deletions never received an explanation.

No I received no explanation.

Thank you for acknowledging my post was in fact positive for both vendors.

Maybe my post just got caught up in the mass mod by mistake I dont really know and I guess at this point it does not matter anymore. But seeing it get removed without explanation was why I began to speculate.

What others got removed? I'm genuinely asking because I've been absent from this thread for a while....
I NEVER post any second hand experiences.. I posted MY experiences and was direct and to the point. I'm pretty sure that many others have had the same exact experiences judging by the response my comments received. I never bashed anyone, just shared my FIRST HAND experiences dealing with three separate tuners.

Funny cause if anything negative is ever posted about John he cries to mods and has it deleted but that never happens when people say similar things about other vendors. Coincidence? Hardly.

I went with Tony at FA20Club. My experience so far has been great and I REALLY like the idea of a Master Tuner that also makes/sells products that they fab for our cars (header, turbo kit, etc).

I have tunes from both V and FA20Club (Pump gas and E85 from both tuners). Both tuners offer tunes perfectly capable of making good power and I wouldn't hesitate to run either of their tunes. That being said, I can only run one tune at a time and lately I have found myself using @FA20Club.com almost exclusively simply because of Toni's almost instantaneous availability and customer service that is hard to find these days, especially in the tuning business.

eh, I went with perrin because I liked them and the way they buddy-buddy chat w/ you. saw the drama going down w/ another vendor and decided not to take that route.

I went with Tony at FA20Club. I drive three hours to get to him but it's worth it. He has a great crew of guys that do great work. He answers all questions and is meticulous about his products. The part that sealed the deal for me was his attention to customer service he's like johnny on the spot with emails and text messages.
