Jk. Bringing them because it's probably better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. And scissor jacking 4 wheels is a pita especially when we're in the desert heat/99 degree weather. I may not need it but someone else in my group might.

I hear there's a pizza stand on the track, but to be safe, definitely bring lots of water, sun block, and snacks. Idk about dress code, but I was gonna go in something fitting for 100 degree weather...it's gonna be 99 degrees. Idk if running the AC while driving that hard in that heat is a good combination. I'm bringing a USB fan lol.
Yes that makes sense. I always keep a bug out bag of tools in my car everywhere I go. Mostly because racecar, too. Not a good idea to race with AC on, it will make your engine temps even worse.

They will have helmets there, there is a pizza parlor on the track. Dress code I'm not sure what you mean. Just don't come in your birthday suit.

Thanks everyone. Great event. Thanks to the staff. 25 good hot laps for 70$ is a great price. After watching that youtube video I see a much better line. I bet I can shave several seconds off my lap times. Also time to get an oil cooler. 250F oil temps are no bueno!

Battle begins around 9-10 minutes

I need to learn to use more of the track. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with these laps. They were between 1:13.3 and 1:14.5 ish. I've never driven so damn hard before

Thanks aha. It was a blast indeed. I'll definitely try to make the next one with some new drift rubber...and hopefully a little more self control
