Because a metallic tick tick tick at 3800-4200 rpm under load in third and fourth gear is from an airaid intake, no wait now its from the metal mesh in the cf hood...it actually sounds exactly like http://chirb.it/shxygt under load or accelerating...

Which is from the fuel pump.

They told me they put a damper under the mesh and the noise was gone...problem is I guess....there are so many rattles in these that they don't know wtf they are listening for. Haven't once had a tech ride with me to point it out specifically...so next weekend the stock hood goes back on...doing that shit solo sucks, and then it goes to a different dealership. I'm done with Big2.

Open a ticket with scion of America and tell them your reasoning. It would suck to have to go to another dealership since big two is right down the road from you.
