I don't think it's really a BMW. Google says it is because that's a joke. The stalk is a common multifunction switch used in Toyotas, Suzukis and Hondas, but I can't find the actual vehicle.

it would need to be a japanese/eu model considering it's coming out of the column on the right hand side.
