After running it hard, the blower is still just warm to the touch. 13500 is the p/n from Thermotec. For the BRZ, I’d put some on the very bottom face of the manifold and the runners. The next effective place would be the bottom facing of the nosedrive casting and the inlet casting.
I am not sure I would do that.. their website says it is for radiant heat. Most of the heat that is getting into the manifold is caused by conduction and convection. Not to mention most of the heat is caused by the blower itself. Aluminum does a pretty good job at conducting (or dissipating in this case because the heat is coming from the blower) heat. Put that stuff around it and it will likely hold more heat in assuming the heat transfer coefficient is less than the aluminum.

stand in a house temperature controlled at 70 F in front of a window on a really sunny day.. you will get pretty warm in the sunlight. now wrap yourself in that termotech stuff.. it'll do its job and you will feel 70 F again.. now stand in the 70 F house in the shade and wrap yourself in that thermotech stuff.. nothing happens.. its only good for radiant heat..

sure there is some radiant heat in the engine bay.. but like I said. MOST of it is coming from conduction from the engine heads through the manifold and convection by being trapped in a closed room with a bunch of hot stuff and hot air.. oh and the fact that when you compress air it gets SUPER HOT (THE BIG PROBLEM).

Is there any trick to removing the pulley?

Edit: Never mind. Red Loctite made it a real bitch to get off.

False alarm, still looking. Definitely not the PVC after removing and zip tying that into place.

This. Even the 75 pulls like 6-8lb's I think. Evan you have a upgraded bar sensor? I'm thinking about ordering one today. Don't know how that works with BRZedit.

I'm having a 3 bar omni put in this week. It just needs to be calibrated/scaled in the tune with BRZedit. Talk to Erich at PRE. He's doing the work

That particular dyno will read <210 HP with an FBM or Avo kit on 91. It's pretty brutal.

You can't use a boost controller on a supercharger. Depending on altitude, exhaust, can timing etc there can be differences in max pressure.

Edit: you can't use a boost controller on a twin screw supercharger. Centrifugal.. That's a different story.

Also. Boost controllers will only limit boost. Not increase it.

My car will be in Tuesday for my tune to be re-done by Erich. Where are you getting the 3bar from? Might order it so I can pop it in then. Looking forwards to you input once your car is done this week.

This one?
