Question How to check order delivery date

Hi everyone, I just ordered a new BRZ and the dealership told me it will be here at Dec. They gave me a sale order number. Is there any way to check the estimate shipping date? Thanks.

lol seriously its not like a fedex tracking number. I work at a GM dealer and I can tell you for a fact the arrival time is not set in stone. Normally they can give you a date down to a week or two

Ask the dealer? They have a date, but nothing is set in stone and it can change at anytime. There can be delays from shipping on the boat, on the dock, on the truck, etc... 6-8 weeks is the usual wait time.

Be patient and tell them NOT to drill your bumper for the licence plate.

Beat you to it good call on the bumper, I live in AB we don't even need front plates here

Thanks. I almost forgot the bumper. I have the tow hook plate on my FRS. I gonna use that.

lol. I just asked them and they believe it will be here at DEC, but since it is a PP car. I am not positive on the date. And the dealer is not very sure about the date.

Wait. You just got your FRS in april(checked old posts) and now you are getting a new brz?
Any particular reason why?

the PP car most likely won't be here until the next year. IMO, it's well worth the wait though. if I didn't already have a 2015 then I would have gotten the 2017 with PP without a second thought.

Well, the 2017 model is awesome. I love what they have done to it. My FRS is a 2014 base trim which is missing a lot of features. I really love the 86, however, Toyota decide not to bring all the features AGAIN and I am attracted by the new model.
