Tires on the front are 225/40 and rear are 265/35 ( rims are 18x9 and 18x10 +38 ) don't want to super slam it but want to lose the gap the most. Coilovers are Stance. Just want to make sure I won't have issues with rubbing or having it hit something.

H/S Enkei Raijin 18x8.5/9.5 +45 w/ Springs?
Hey @Slick do you happen to know if HR Super Sport springs will work ok with my new setup? Will I need LCAs if drop is greater than +1in?
Also thinking about playing it safe with the Eibach pro-kit OR HR Sport Kit(slightly less drop than super sport) Appreciate the input. Quote:

If you want just a bit more camber, go with the $5 Subie crash bolts. You'll be around -2.2 to -2.4 with those on the H&R's. Not sure how well the SS plays with the stock shocks, but I know the Eibach ProKits are great with them. Compare the spring rates to give you an idea. Also, compare the lowering specs of each spring. With the Eibachs at only 1" lower, they are even from stock, but the H&R's will drop the back end a bit more. Depends if you like or dislike the "rake" or stance. |

Does anyone know of a company that sells 17x9 or 17x10 5x100 rims? I want like 265-275 rear and 235 fronts that are totally flush with a 1" drop. I want 17" rims because I have a Wilwood big brake kit that is designed to fit under the OEM rim.
I am on stock suspension and will be for a bit, but I am going to buy Ohlins sooner or later. Also going to TC and will actually need the rubber at some point. Are staggered set ups stupid? I've never actually bought aftermarket rims. Thinking 17x8 +35ish for the front and 17x9 +40ish for the rear. 17x10's would be cool though if they can be flush and not rub. (Doesnt look like anyone has done that though.) I'm having trouble finding rims like that with a 5x100 offset. I've pretty much just found the Rota Titans. I really rather have the spokes be all evenly placed.

Hoping some of the experts can weigh in here...
I have finally decided on a wheel I like (TSW Interlagos - matte black), but can't decide whether to go 17" or 18"...So many things to consider.. I'll start by giving my end goal: - Mostly DD...plans to track it in a year or so which is when I will add a 1" drop via coilovers - Handling/performance is important but I also want it to look good and get decent mileage - Ride comfort is also a consideration...Stock ride is about as rough as I would want it - If I go 17"...I would most likely want to use the stock Primacy HP tires until they wear out (might as well?) - If I go 18"...I would want minimal speedo difference - Would like as close to flush as possible - Don't want staggered setup...Want to be able to rotate tires - Most likely adding a BBK at some point Right now I'm leaning towards an 18x8 +35 setup with 225/40/18 tires because through my research it looks like that is the best compromise for DD/performance/looks but I'm just not convinced...Would love as much feedback/opinions as possible...The more the better!

Hi Guys
Simple Question :P Will this fit with no rubbing lowered on Tein S. Tech Springs (approx drop 1.4" Front, 1" Rear) (i already have these) Or Does it Requires coilovers with more adjustment? No Other Suspension Mods Work Emotion XD9's 18x9+38 with 225/40 Front 18x10+38 with 245/35 Rear I am ok with an aggressive fitment as long as it doesn't rub. Cheers! |

Hello,
I was wondering if this would fit. 17x9 42, rota Titans, wrapped in 255/40/17 Conti DW on ST Coils, with a minor drop 1" I ordered LCA's with it but they are on back order and would like to know if these would fit fine w/o them for now Thanks! |

17/18 makes no difference to speedo, the tire size compensates. 17 will have more sidewall, so, likely a better ride quality. 18s will help clear a bbk, depending what bbk you get. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

If I go with 18"s and find the ride quality more rough...Are there any suspension upgrades I can do to improve it? I've heard so many different opinions on coilovers

I know this will fit, the question is the best offset to make it work.
17x8 rims with 235/40 tires. Ultimately the car will be dropped about an inch. The target is to have the tires sit safely inside the fenders but still close enough to look better than from the factory. If you want to have the same offset rim on all four corners to simplify everything, what offset do you need and what size spacer do you get for the rears so they all sit the same distance from the fenders?
