Our tax rate here is 8.75%, and plates on a new car are over $500...way cheaper in New York.

Delivery Date F/O....is that a NYC acronym for Fuck Off ??
My tax in ny city is 8.875% and title / registration is $300

13% in Ontario. About another $1,000 in fees, licensing, etc.

oh jeez

It is true I did ask you quite a lot

Tcoat was key in me buying one of these things. I cannot wait to get it. who knows when that will be though.

My salesman told me yesterday that he was suddenly called by several people interested in BRZ's, which is unusual as no one normally asks for them.

Had my MY17 since end of August now and have yet to hear the cricket... maybe they fixed it for MY17 already.

I was worried the car would sound like a belt loose or like a worn out 170k mile car (like my car). But tcoat assured me that the issue is SOOOO minor and one normally has to be outside of the car to notice it. Recordings of it sound fine to me.

I would imagine they would fix it this year as this is the year they have new pumps as replacements for the 2013-2016's, according to what i read in a chart.

Yup had it for 4 months now and never heard anything close to a cricket sound. The only sound I've noticed is a distinct high frequency buzz at certain highway speed/rpm. It's barely noticeable and doesn't really bother me, and it just came and went in seconds.

Congratulations. I would love to be there on the delirious day you get to drive it home. By the way, I'm not sure, but I strongly suspect that Delivery Date F/O means they can't promise a date because it's a "Factory Order."
