I am going crazy trying to find this "leak" of mine on my supercharger.

Having a ton of issues starting, especially now that its cold. Took almost 8 turns to get it started yesterday. Keep getting a CEL for P0507 pop up and then disappear every few days. I've checked every vacuum line, sprayed them all down with electronic parts cleaner to check for signs of idle changes, and nothing. Every line is clamped. I'm starting to think its coming from somewhere else. Checked the vacuum hose on the BPV, checked around the TB, the gaskets on that and the elbow...everything seems fine.

I haven't had a chance to swap back the stock fittings as i'm using npt and not BPT, but I sprayed the living crap out of that area and found nothing. I used teflon on those so i'm pretty sure its not leaking...but you would think if I have a big enough leak to set off a CEL and have issues starting the car, I would be able to find this leak as its obviously not a tiny one.

Well. In the cold weather my 70mm intercooled pushes past the OEM clutch. I guess I am done with power mods. I don't really want to replace the clutch. Big money for 0 gain IMHP.

Same here with the clutch, waiting for it to go before upgrading. All part of the build--->break--->build better cycle that is so exclusive to car enthusiasts.

I had to replace my clutch about a month ago due to the throw out bearing crapping out. The clutch I've got now holds up to 270ft lbs so no worries for sure. If you can do it yourself Id highly recommend it....even though I got the clutch and light flywheel at dealer cost, they ass raped me with labor...not to mention wouldn't cover it under warranty. Gotta pay to play I guess.

Means you get everything you can physically touch as part of the system. Tuning AKA software would need to be purchased elsewhere.

To me it looks like the sweet spot for non IC users is the 72mm pulley and E85. This setup should yield 250WHP and 200WTQ with nice instant boost response. This should also allow the car to run on 91 if need be.

Swapped the stock pulley to the 69mm pulley today... A bolt broke off in the supercharger, luckily with some reverse drill bits was able to get it out, and put some good quality grade 8 bolts back in... Along with the e85 I hope my clutch doesn't start slipping :-P Well maybe I do because that means I'm making some good power numbers :-)

While doing my research on this kit the most common failure/issue seems to be coil packs going bad. Has anyone figured out why? Tune?
