thanks! handling doesnt feel very compromised, tires are pretty good, just noisey and crap in the rain.. overall i wouldnt say the handling isnt too off from stock. the car does feel "heavier" if that makes any sense. thanks! only had the wheels for a couple of days, but so far fuel economy hasnt really been affected, like i said above, car does seems noticably "heavier" but nothing i would say is dramatic, las but not least ask and you shall recieve! |

I'm considering what this wheel would look like on a moderate 20mm-1" drop. Can someone take an educated guess on how many inch drop this is? Also, in my previous experience some tires are thinner than others (more stretch). Do these Advans typically wider? I like that there's not too much stretch on these 225s!

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...9&postcount=90 I am probably getting the XXR 530 in the same size, running 235/40 and H Tech springs. |

OM NOM NOM My friend is selling his black chrome 527's but they're 18x9.75 +20... don't think that would be prudent...

Merged topics for simplicity. Same wheel with same widths and offsets.

(Updated with pics on Car) XXR527, 18x8.75 ET35 Chromium Black
Just arrvied today
XXR 527, 18x8.75 ET35, color is chromium black. Weight is 9.5kg Waiting currently for the tires, ordered Continental SportContact5 in 245/35/18, they should be here in 1-2 weeks, so I'll be posting pictures of the wheels installed on the car as soon as I got them. Update 23.01.2012 Just got them mounted on the car today. However, car definitivly needs a drop now as the tires are about 0.5cm out of the fenders. I'll update again when car has been lowered, I guess in about 2 weeks

Those look great, nice choice! I bought a set of 527's in white. I'll post up pics once the shop gets them installed.
BTW, what lugs are you going with? |
