definitely. no HOA, or CC&R's, but the townships got restrictions.

let's put it this way, the barn project is like getting a girlfriend. i like the idea, but sometimes it's better to leave it as just an idea than to chase down the things to make it reality

Thinking of retiring to Mexico, on the coast near Tijuana. One of the waterfront luxury high rises. We could get a penthouse on the beach and live there for winters then come back to the US for summers.

The twins trunk metal is stupid thin.....


good luck trying to weld up holes. Mine looks like microwaved swiss cheese. and smells about the same too
