Sadly, with this hovering package, their is no PUSH TO START option. Soooo that's the deal breaker for me

Won't happen, but here's what they should do:
Start with the 86 platform.
Move the engine, firewall, windshield, doors, and front-seaters aft about 20" (50/50 or better weight distribution, at the expense of eliminating the back seat)
Replace front struts with double-wishbones (better camber curve, lower hoodline/fenderlines)
2.0 flat four base engine, 300+hp turbo option and/or 300+hp n/a flat-6, maybe also a 400+hp turbo flat-6 option
No need to go nuts on tire sizes, 235/40-17 fronts with 255/40-17 rears = OK
No other extra b.s. to add cost or weight.
~2800 lb.
~$30k - $40k

For any all-singing/all-dancing high-$$$ hybrid version, make it a Lexus.

Done...

I like all of that, expect if they put a flat 6 in there no room for double wishbone... I want to see a compact v6 turbo with the exhaust manifolds on top like the BMW v8 turbo. No lag, great sound, great fuel economy, and tire shredding power... it would weigh more like 3000 with the 6 cylinder, which isn't bad. Also, extending the wheelbase isn't a bad idea for high speed stability under power.

New Toyota Supra Coming in 2015

A new Toyota Supra, which is hybrid and capable of 0-62mph in just over 4 seconds?!
There’s a rumour that Toyota are planning a new Supra in 2015 – an updated version of the famous sports car, which will be a hybrid and all-wheel-drive. Below you’ll find a bit of information about it but as the story develops and we learn more about this concept, we’ll post it on here!
Here is a rendering made by Holiday Auto Magazine, which created it based on what has been said about the Supra already:

However, there are various sources all saying that the new Supra will actually be based on the GRMN MRS prototype, pictured below:
The move for the new Supra follows a superb reaction to the new GT86 and various sources claim it will ride on the platform used for the GRMN concept.
The new Toyota Supra is rumoured to be a 4-wheel-drive hyrid car, with a MR2 modified chassis, a mid-mounted 245bhp 3.5 litre V6 engine and an electric motor driving the front wheels. The total bhp is expected to be around the 400bhp mark. The 0-62mph time? Expect it to be just over 4 seconds!
The powertrain is likely to be carried over into the production car, but instead of having one single motor powering the front wheels, there will be two in-wheel electric motors at the front. The engine will deliver power to the car’s rear wheels through a CVT gearbox, currently used in a Lexus RX.
It’s a car which has already taken the automotive world by storm – and it hasn’t even been made yet! We’re really looking forward to the official launch of this car and we’ll certainly keep the news updated on this blog. We’re interested to know what current Supra owners think about this concept too! Just a few weeks ago we did a photoshoot and feature of a Toyota Supra which was is immaculate condition and used in drag racing.

See this thread for the Top Gear interview with Tada-san and Sasaki-san.

It sounds like we might get a Supra but doesn't sound like they want a hybrid at all. Either way we won't know for sure until we actually see one but I would be surprised if we don't. Seeing how well the 86 is doing they might be willing to make the leap in the future.

Lexus appears to be prepping yet another special edition version of its LFA supercar with new spy photos showing the a baby-blue model testing on the Nurburgring.

Looking similar to the LFA Nurburgring edition, this car uses a twin-exhaust pipe setup rather than the conventional triangle shaped tri-exhaust setup on the rest of the model range. The pipes now also stick out just below the taillights leaving room for a larger rear diffuser, suggesting an even more aerodynamic body.
On the hood is an additional air vent, while it’s hard to miss the baby-blue paint, matte black detailing and those mysterious AD-A letters just behind the front wheel.
Back in April our source let slip that Lexus was planning an LFA II, although that car is believed to be an all-new product with twice the power and twice the price of the current model, which already sports 552 hp and costs $375,000.
