Can a person run dual maps: the CARB map for the street and a custom tune for the track? Or is that impossible or is it void passing CARB.

It would be cool to be able to drop in a catless pipe, up the boost with an e85 tune and take it to the track, but still drive it home legal.

Yeah you can run dual maps, you only need the carb map for when you smog, the rest of the year you can run whatever you want, the kit just needs to be unmodified when you do end up at the smog station.

Technically speaking, there's no way for a police officer to know what tune you're running. However, it is his right to send you to the ref; it is the ref's job to verify that your car is legal or not.

At the ref's, if you're on an aftermarket tune, but have fully legal hardware, and your aftermarket tune can pass the sniffer, then you'd still get certified as being legal.

You don't want to fail when you're at the ref.

We do have a Stage 3 in mind, but it is very early in research & development so we can't say much more than that.

Cheers.

Anyone get this kit? I'd much prefer the mid-range torque from a turbo than the JRSC.

Quick picture of a Stage 2 install we recently completed on a customer's BRZ. We have another Stage 2 install scheduled for next week!

@ravisraval - One of the kits we recently shipped was installed by @moto-mike, who should be posting a review soon here on the forums. We'll link it when it's posted!
