Nuts! Love the look of those wheels but 18s would be big enough for me :-)

20lbs, really? I looked at saw 27.

I dont know, maybe OP can post weight? I find it unusually hard to google a simple weight for them, but i found 20/24 front/rear gtr. I also found that there are some w 20x9.5/10.5 and then another model with wider rims. Either way, ive seen much worse wheel changes, as long as it was done for asthetics and OP doesnt claim these rims make him as fast as a gtr, its his car and i think it LOOKS pretty good. Personally, if a rim/tire weighed 10lbs more than stock and my car was otherwise stock, itd be a no go for me no matter how good they looked

They don't look to bad, but it makes you brakes look way undersized

Hi all, the 20x9.5" rims weight approx 10kg + tyre weight, they actually end up being lighter than stock.
Swapped them purely for aesthetics, just really like how they sit & no alterations to fenders needed, can go lock-to-lock on the steering.

Rear's have been sold now, thanks for the interest, rears are an et25 offset.

Currently running Project Kicks PCD 5x100 to 5X114.3 10mm converters all round.
Have just sourced some 5x114 hubs to help flush up the look of the tyres and remove a bit of that poke, will need to swap to STi rotors though, or upgrade the brakes as mentioned so they fill up the space in the wheels.

here's the link for anyone that's interested, http://www.hard-race.com.au/index.ph...product_id=413

Stock suspension with 9.5" wheels works? What magic is this?

No magic, just Toyota being generous with there wheel well space.

I'll admit I was surprised when test fitting also, but no rubbing on full lock with a 10mm PCD converter and +45 offset 20x9.5" rim, hella flush look though.
I did use a slight stretch on the rubber to be certain I wouldn't damage anything until I did the hub change, big brake upgrade & coilovers.
