They were doing something with 250 TONS of lead so that may be involved.

So, yesterday I finished the first large-ish assignment I've been given at work. Today, when I came in, I was wondering to myself "I wonder what they're gonna have me do today, since I'm all done with that other project..." Now, I get here and the lights are still off and nobody is here yet. 40 minutes later and still nobody is here... I feel like I must have missed a memo or meeting invite or something, but there's nothing in my email or calendar.

I'm just sitting here like

Maybe the stock market crashed overnight and they closed down but forgot to tell you.

I guess the French are still behind in plumbing. I'm pretty sure PVC is the pluming material of choice nowadays. No soldering/sweating required, so no risk of fire.

He'd better hope they don't release his name. He'll never be able to get a job again if they do. I can see it now:

Possible employer: "I see that your name is ___. Aren't you the guy that burned down Notre Dame?"
Him: "Uh.... Yeah.... "
Possible employer: "Get the hell out of here you bastard!!!"

For you gamer types this is an interesting article around Notre Dame and how Assassin's Creed may help in the rebuild.

https://www.stuff.tv/my/features/how...ave-notre-dame

I crawled all over the cathedral in the game looking at the detail back in the day when I played it. Interesting to see just how accurate it really was.
