Had a guy driving a Chrysler 300 lx with an anemic v6 check out my car on the highway and then floored it away and last night a 2001 Chevy Malibu started pulling into an intersection when the light turned yellow the other way, so I accelerated briskly and he floored it, I then went half throttle for a second to show him he had nothing on me and let off and let him go

Followed a Camaro 1LE down the mountain near Big Bear on Sat. With my stock tires I could not keep up. He was consistently taking the corners at 10 miles an hour faster or so. I pushed as hard as I could but the grip was letting go. Fun....
Need new tires. |

An older guy in an E46 M3 convertible tried to "race" me yesterday. I usually take off a bit vigorously from a light near my neighborhood because it's the only way to make the green turn arrow at the next light before it turns red. I don't go full-out, but usually shift around 5500 rpm at 80% throttle until 3rd gear, which I use for the turn.
Anyway the light turns green and after a lovely romp through the gears and a shift into 3rd, I look up at my rearview mirror and all the other cars are far behind, but this M3 driven by a mid-50's guy is just glued to my rear bumper. I had barely noticed him when I had passed him earlier (he had been driving slow like a lot of older gents in M3 convertibles), so I was a bit surprised he was hanging back there. I thought he might be trying to accelerate hard enough to make the same turn as me, but he continued on straight. Haha I guess even M3 owners have started paying attention to our lowly cars. Just wish I had known he wanted to race.

When I had my SRT-4 I was racing (demolishing) a guy in some weird tuned Pontiac G6 GT/GTX/GTP coupe (couldn't tell, it was dark, but if I had to guess it was a GTP) on I-95 at night (I'm guessing it was a Cobalt SS clone). We were moving at triple digits until we hit traffic, and he got stuck behind me. After the traffic blob was through, he rocketed back into my rear view mirror. I was just about to downshift when my radar detector went absolutely nuts. I slowed down, moved right, tried to signal him with brakes and brights, but he sailed into a speed trap with two Pennsylvania state troopers while doing at LEAST 130. When I looped back to see what happened they had him bent over the back of his car while they frisked him, and I bet you dollars to donuts he sent the night in jail. That was a bad night for him. I start work every morning at 5am, 45 min drive, so most of my driving occurs at the wee hours of the night. All northern ontario curves. For the last couple weeks Theres been an 8th gen si having some fun with me on the roads, consistently keeping at around 120-140 in an 80kmph. Well he must have radar because 2 nights ago he randomly slowed right down flashing his lights, figured he wanted to talk so I pulled off. Long story short we jumped out and he said there was a ride check up ahead, shot the shit for 10 min and went to work, sure enough 2k up the road. 2 SUV cops set up roadblock. Dudes coming over tonight to blaze, made a new friend haha

I just got a deferral for my first speeding ticket in about 5-6 years, which is a pretty neat law in WA. You only get one every 7 years, usually pay a reduced fine, and as long as you don't get any tickets in the next 6 months it's dropped from your record.
Going on I-5S, light traffic went from ~65MPH to 40, and the right lane going under an overpass was open so I rocketed past. Right into the view of 3 state police on motorcycles with laser. I really need to get a laser shifter setup. |

there was an evo on my ass the other day. Latest gen. At a light I pulled hard through first then let off. He took off like a bat out of hell, and then I had my meat shield for when we blew by a police station. good times

Guy in a modified 94-01 Cummins Ram (exhaust/tuner/gauges/whatever etc) pulled up next to me on the highway last night. He kept goosing it next to me trying to get me to run him..... so I did. Twice I got him by several cars up to ~90ish

A few weeks ago me and my brother in law went to get tinted , he has the 370z Nismo in my sig ,I have my 10 serious (stock as hell). Anyways we are both pretty relax drivers but unfortunate we live In the san Fernando valley's not so great part. We are both going north on a 40mph street ( @45 )or so side to side as there was no traffic . About 5 secon in the drive we see a g35 coming hella fast so I slowed down for the z to get on my lane and the asswipe literally slows down to our speed and gets in the double yellow lane and takes off just barely missing an old lady in the middle making a left making the z merge right almost into my nose. As blood rushed my head and my palms got sweaty the z went after him and so did I , before I knew it we had him boxed in and just kept antagonizing the poor guy. As soon as I saw his face I felt bad since he was just a young kid probably 18 or 19. Unfortunately I'm not perfect and some people will get to me, but that particular experience taught me to say uuussabhh and breathe. :/
