Anyway, is there a possibility of engine damage as a result of the SC dying due to insufficient lubrication? I was coasting to a stop at a red light around 15-20mph when my dash lights came on and the car died. I also did not rev the car above 3k during my brief drive because I was in an urban area and it was raining steadily. No I did not hit any big puddles either.

I worry that the people who are responsible for this mess might blame any additional problems that may arise on the manufacturer or myself.
Check to make sure the charge pipes are connected after the MAF. If your shop messed up the SC line install, I'm not sure I'd trust the rest of the work either; a lot of the owners here DIY the install at home, and the inlet/outlet for Rotrex fluid is clearly marked on the protective covers.

A dying engine will make all kinds of crazy noises, but a disconnected charge pipe after the MAF will make the car just not idle at all, and just stall.

More likely to be trapped in the intercooler.

This.

Engine shutting off when coming to a stop light is probably a vac leak or a fueling issue (tune related). Does the car start right back up? No other symptoms?

I figured I would share a local's kit that I helped tune this week since he isn't on the forum. I wasn't expecting such a large gain from E85! I plotted a stock car in comparison to show how low this dyno reads. Stock car made 130whp/113wtq. Nearly a 135% power gain over stock! There were gains all the way down even at 1,500RPM.

The car has agency power headers, overpipe, i believe catless front pipe, stock midpipe back to the rear of midipe and then twin exit muffler delete.

People have difficulting believing me when I say that you have a power gain from idle on up.

Do you happen to have a dyno comparing the REALLY low RPM ranges? I know it's not typical due to lugging, but it's nice to have

Is anyone that's running E85/FlexFuel with this kit running out of injector capacity or fuel flow with the OEM fueling gear and E85? Is it ok to run without a higher flow pump in the tank and bigger injectors assuming the original 9psi pulley is used?

I thought that a new pump/injectors were needed or strongly recommended to run E85 with the C30-94. @moto-mike can you clarify?

Next time I am at my friends shop I can grab a plot. The dyno window started at 1,500RPM.

We've gone up to 12-14 psi on e85 on stock fueling. Pump is good to have, injectors good to have as well. With the DI/PI combo you can hit 300 wheel HP on e85, but there's nothing wrong with the extra headroom the 700cc injectors and high flow fuel pump provide.

So for us amateurs (me), running stock fuel pump and injectors is fine? If we want north of 300 hp, upgrade the pump and injectors?

I'm really liking the numbers posted. Full exhaust set-up, E85, stock fuel pump and injectors... Great numbers!

So glad I went with this kit!

It's just the driver side bracket that comes with the dual catch can kit. It's been cut down to accommodate the reservoir. You would just need to fab the small piece that connects the bracket to the chassis.
