Now I just noticed, idk if it was intentional for you or not, but matching the lugnuts w/ the calipers is a good idea. A bit off topic but does anyone know if changing the lugnuts w/ factory wheels causes any issues.

Seriously though, red will go well with most of the colors. I have a WRB on order and will probably paint mine red.

Lol yeah I like the look but I am gonna be heading into quite a different territory when it comes to colors...wheels will be powdercoated bright orange and will be going with some light blue lugs. I want to get the calipers repainted light blue with the Wilwood logo in matching orange as well...but we'll see how that goes.

Whoa thats creative. You might have better luck going with Baer BBK because they can do custom powder coating (http://www.baer.com/braking-news/733...s-brake-system) "Standard colors are Red, Black and Silver powder coat, but custom colors are available to complete your look, for an extra charge. Front systems start at $1995 and rears start at $1395." custom colors are $200/axel. Check em out I emailed them and they sent me their catalog of powder coating colors. Good ppl.

I already have Wilwood's...I'm thinking about having them professionally painted...so many things to pay for though...not to mention i'm trying to save the dough to get my car painted.

Although I may have to talk to them since they are local to me and see if they would be interested in sponsoring my car and hooking me up with a killer deal on a front and rear set up. I mean how can you turn down the opportunity to get your name plastered on a 2013 Scion FR-S painted like a 1967 Gulf GT40?

Also neat tidbit...the last ever Gulf GT40 had a chassis number of 1086...

Aftermarket lug nuts with factory wheels AOK provided you get them with correct thread and angle of the insert. Speedfactory has a good range.

And, don't over-torque them!

There is a whole thread in the Brakes forum that will answer any questions you have about the swap. The calipers do bolt up. You will need STI 5x100 drilled rotors though.

I would never think to check the brakes forum for a thread about fitting STI brakes, omg thanks Tut! I'll search next time, promise!

You are welcome. Should I cross post it on NASIOC for you as well?
