Yeah, I went with the 72.5mm and am loving it. I just installed a cat-back and trying to figure out why it's so damn loud. Seems like I must have a leak somewhere (flowmaster cat-back with some slip fits). So more impressions and dyno to come soon.

I wouldn't go as far as lowering the rev limiter. Let's first ask how some engineer came up with 15000 as the soft limit. I like to think of it as the SWAG method. Scientific Wild Ass Guess. There are a couple factors that drive this number. The gears, bearings, and balance of the screws. Bearings and gears are rated on quality and precision. Given the tolerance and variance they come up with a worst case scenario and guess at an rpm which it Should not fail. That means the bulk of the bearings should out perform this number. And why 15000 and not 14950 or 15220? Because it is an estimate.

You are supposed to replace the timing belt on a honda at 90k I think. Why? Because that's when Honda has seen the earliest failures. 98.5% will last longer. I have seen one last 180k honda isn't going to tell u that though.

New pulley and header going on later this week. I'll have some before and after dyno numbers for each added.

Yeah, I replaced that. It has to be around the muffler somehow.

Yes it is, made in house.

Our kits have been running in quite a few of the turbo vehicles we have built and used the faults /shortcomings of the other kits on the market to improve on our design.

Each kit contains a Continental sensor and all the lines and connections are AN fittings rather than rubber or plastic. The lines we use are E85 capable and we use fuel line clamps rather than worm clamps so it gives an even pressure around when slid over the stock fuel line. Every other connector is push to connect, no cutting needed and completely reversible.

Kit also includes a Zeitronix Ethanol Content Analyzer available in either Blue or Red display

Flex fuel kit that detects ethanol content in gas. In the cars running it that we tuned, it detects the ethanol content of the gas and adjusts the tune accordingly. No map switching, everything is smartly detected by the sensor and adjusted by the tune.

Very easy just as I thought. Plus that ECU wire wasn't hard to get to...just like I thought

Just took a while because I am meticulous with stuff and had to make sure all the wiring was nice and neat/loomed, plus it was FREEZING in my garage so that never helps.

I wanted to do a writeup to post. Wish I would have taken a few pics, but my hands were so cold i was just trying to finish up the install. The ECA is tucked away nicely in the glove box
