Update

I received my new cable and it seems to have been the culprit. I was able to do a quick data log and already got a revised map that I plan to run tomorrow after installing some injectors.

I should receive the following tomorrow:
- Front Cusco Carbon Fiber Strut Tower w/ Brake Brace
- Rear Cusco Carbon Fiber Strut Tower
- DeatschWerks 700cc Fuel Injectors

I'm hoping to get the tune nice and ready for my dyno pull on Saturday. So far so good, looking forward to the progress and making sure everything is safe. I'm swapping the injectors to support running E85. It won't be my primary fuel but I want to run it every now and again and safely. Mike said he found some trouble spots on the stock fuel system where the duty cycle was maxed on E85. I'll also be picking up a pump and knocking that out shortly too. I've just been spending a little too much lately...

Update:

So I received my DeatschWerks 700cc injectors.

I sat in a bit of traffic coming home from another one of our offices this afternoon so this is my, "I want to get to work soon" rig up:

The instructions were clear and it came well packaged and included all new OEM gaskets.

Install was pretty straight forward, maybe a 30-45 minute job. They are simple plug and play. You can see below the latest EcuTek update uses the tachometer to show you flash progress. I'd like to give a shout out to Mike at Moto-East. I had the flash last night for these injectors. He has been super responsive and quick to provide reflashes. I'm going to get a data log this evening and send it back to him for an assessment. I took the car for a quick spin to check everything out. It seems to pull smoother/harder above 4k rpms. Perhaps there were some soft spots prior where the OEM injectors were on max duty cycle.

I receive my Cusco Carbon Fiber Strut Towers tomorrow. My car is in need of a wash so tomorrow that's what I'm going to do.

Update:

I received my Cusco carbon fiber strut towers:

I tried, improvised, tried but my Password JDM side braces wont work with the strut tower. So I had to go back to the OEM ones:

I don't think this master cylinder brace will actually do anything but hey, I'll rig it up:

The rear:

The only mechanical mod I have at the moment is a master cylinder brace. Trust me. You'll notice. The pedal is much more firm and confident under heavy braking.
