The owner actually took that off because he's instagram-famous and his followers hated it. That detail alone says a lot about how "car culture" has become. Nowadays everyone just does mods to impress the internet.

While his is definitely on the larger side, I have seen track cars with similar wing setups. Of course you don't need a wing that big when you're pushing 160hp though.

So what makes the Scion FR-S RS 1.0 "Riced out looking" is it the color or what?

If the RS 1.0 is riced out looking for having a Toyota body kit or the quad exhaust then this TRD 86 is riced out also just my opinion.
