I am not looking to make money so this is not a vendor plug. If anything, just a way to help some locals and if anything make you aware of what I can do for future reference.

Let me know what type of work you may consider if we did this. Pretty much would be BBQ, cars, get together type thing. I have limited space so the number of cars would have to limited also dependent on what kind of work needs to be done.

I regularly work on this platform and performance in general and have a couple coming in this week for headers and other misc. installs.

Depending on when it happened, I would most likely have an overpipe/header that would need installation

Looks like a lot of exhaust installations which are all good. These can all be done pretty quickly so we would be able to pump these out pretty fast. If there is anyone looking to do major stuff such as clutches or anything PM me so I can make sure you actually have or can prepare to have everything you will need to complete the job correctly (Parts).

I am making a list of all those interested and posting possible install scenarios. It also looks like some of you may need some time to gather your parts. What timeframe are you all thinking? This way you can take advantage of this opportunity.

Depends on the color. For black about 1.5 cans. If you want another color you should put a white base then the color. Much harder with anything but black to make sure you get full coverage.

Surely as you have a header in your possession you can do a simple before and after dyno. Maybe both on the same fuel? Or hell send me a rental I will gladly pay the dyno time and see how it compares! I genially mean that. I hope the product does well and works as a great cheap market header, as there is a current lack of proven low priced headers. I will gladly pay for dyno time of your stage 1 oem header vs stage 2 aftermarket header on a local dyno and or tune it my self to see the obtainable gains from your header! Please PM me and or call me as you have my number and I will gladly work things out!
I don't understand what your complaint is. We compared our new UEL header with both the stock header and an EL header on the same car, same dyno, similar conditions. Stock car with tune only goes from ~171->180whp on 91oct. Add UEL header and flash appropriate tune, power goes up to just over 190. Add E85 and flash appropriate tune and power goes to over 200whp.

In fact, our header-only car running E85 made nearly identical power as a full bolt-on car running a rather well known (and twice as expensive) header and E85. Midrange dip gone too. Same dyno. Nearly identical tune.

From my perspective, you have come to a conclusion without fully understanding the data provided.

Stock
Stage 1 (OFT only)
Stage 2 (OFT + OpenFlash Header)
91oct

Stage 2 (OFT+OpenFlash Header) on 91
Stage 2 (OFT+OpenFlash Header) on E85

These are much better post than the ones provided before. The before mentioned plots make it look like the torque dip benefits were purely from the header not the tune. As in without the header the torque benefits were very similar. I appreciate you taking the time to plot these graphs as I feel the much better represent your product.

And I still extend my offer for testing if you want some third party results.

Some people were thinking of meeting a little earlier while there is still day light. Also to get more spots. Thoughts?

That was probably me, I was considering picking them up. Glad you got a good deal in the end though.
