Very nice looking dyno. Looks like it wouldn't clear a Crawford AOS though :-(

Subscribed!! Any ideas for when this will be available and approximate cost? It's hard saving this money without a date to spend it on something extra special

They are using ECUtek

Amazing work Mr.C & team. I see that Toan is still hooking it up.

You guys installed the turbo kit on my tC and tuned it with the AEM F/IC back in 08/09. I never tracked my car. I just wanted a little more power for daily driving and you just accommodated my request and kept everything there that would be needed to pass emission testing. I moved away from Toyota and picked up a Camaro in 2011. Just recently, I added the FR-S to my already cluttered garage.

As I was looking at some other vendors kits, I was wondering when pics of yours would emerge. I'll be keeping my eye open for developments here as well as the other scion forum. I love the work you guys do. It's always top notch and professional. Your shop floors are cleaner than my freshly re-tiled kitchen floor.

Craftmanship looks good, dyno graph is impressive as well. Any chance we can get some pics of the turbo placement underneath? Also, what kind of exhaust have you mated to this?

They have their Own 3" Exhaust setup

Hmm, so does this kit mate right up to the stock frontpipe location (replacing the overpipe with a downpipe connecting turbo and frontpipe (I guess midpipe would be a more appropriate term in this scenario?) Or does it mate up to the stock overpipe location? I guess this is why I need some pics, I'm trying to visualize how they made effective use of the space down there...

I think they are keeping it disclosed so that they have their own design.. I think they are onto something good with those numbers.. Just hope they can keep their price competitive :/

Especially looking forward to their exhaust which should be ready sometime soon!
Thanks. We should be testing the production 3" exhaust in the next few days.

We do not have a set price yet since we are still finalizing the last few components. However, it will be competitive with the other turbo systems that are on the same level, component wise.

For instance, since we're using a BB GT turbo with a SS V-Band Tial Housing, right off the bat, the turbo alone costs us close to $300 more than a regular GT turbo with a standard 4-bolt turbine housing.

Since these motors are extremely knock limited, E85 will definitely be in the works when we crank up the boost. We may also test WMI injection too before we go to E85. We don't expect to be able to run crazy boost levels with the WMI, but it will be a good way to maximize the capabilities of pump gas for those who do not have E85 stations in their area...like us.

Like all of our turbo systems, polished will be standard and "Stealth Black" and "Time Attack Red" will be options.

I really like this kit. It looks clean. And others mentioned longer pipes as a negative, but the exhaust side routing will have more effect on boost response over the intake side. I've done experiments on this and changes on the intake side on this size of turbo are extremely marginal.
Well said! End users often overlook the downpipe and exhaust design and only worry about the manifold design. The manifold and downpipe need to BOTH be efficient in order to maximize power, spool-up, and transient boost response. Once the hot expanding gases leave the turbine outlet, they need to go somewhere and quickly.

We've also found that the intercooler piping has less of an affect on this unless you run miles of piping with nothing but tight radius 90 degree bends at every corner.

BTW, it wasn't easy to do, but we ran a full 4" intake from the filter all the way to the 4" inlet on the ported GT3076R compressor housing. Suctional losses through the compressor inlet will not be an issue as evidenced by our boost and torque curve.
