I see a fitment problem in the front... My guess is that +30 (with drop and stretch) would be a maximum to clear the fenders

@Future
I love these wheels and looking at picking up a set shortly, but a bit conflicted on the tire choice.

I am on stock suspension and would love to fit a 255/35 but I think a 245/35 is more doable. Thoughts?
I may go with some springs to get a drop, but not sure quite yet.

In all honesty, you will want to get a drop with that kind of size/offset. I tried them on the car before putting the suspension, it looked goofy, did not even took it out of the garage...

If you compare 245/35 to 225/40... well you get exactly +5mm on each side of the tire. Should not have any problem, but you will be very close to your front fenders. Pretty sure 255 would fit in the back but not in the front.

Thanks for your reply. Think I'll go with some springs which will obviously help with extra camber for clearance and will be better on the track also.

Stoked to get these wheels soon, will post some pics when I get them.

Yep, Trackwerks. That looks like it is just for the Baller model or all models?

I pulled the trigger on a set of PhatFux Ballzy 18x9 +35.
They will be in next week and will test fit before 100% deciding on tire sizes.

@vitamin eh
Thanks for the heads-up re; the sale at Trackwerks, got a little discount on my wheels today.

Ordered my phatfux baller as well..are you on springs/coilovers or still stock..I can't decide if I should get springs or just save money for coils..might be putting on 225/40r18 tires but haven't completely decided yet..take pics and show us your fitment! Thanks

So far still stock, but looking at Eibachs if I need a drop. Will take pics when I do test fitting, planning on 245 wide tires.

I received my wheels and test-fitted them last night.

These rims are beautiful btw.

I'm currently running stock suspension and alignment, but these wheels stick out alot, about 1". It's obviously accentuated more since there's no tire on to give the full effect and it doesn't take into account suspension travel.

I know a drop will pull it in a bit as well as some camber, but will it be enough?

They are light for 18" non-forged wheels, 19lbs.
